About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who doesn’t wait for opportunities, instead create them. This role is for someone who enjoys the chase, thrives on targets, and sees every “NO” as a setup for a future “YES.”

If closing deals excites you, you enjoy building relationships from the ground up, and you're ready to carve your place in a fast-scaling environment, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the HR Tech space
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound efforts (calls, emails, networking)
- Understand client needs and position HR Tech solutions effectively
- Conduct product demos and presentations for potential clients
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records in sales activities tracker
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve outreach and offerings
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 1 to 3 years in Business Development / Sales (SaaS/ HR Tech/ Consulting preferred)
- Qualification: BBA / MBA (Marketing or HR specialization is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of sales funnels and customer acquisition

Preferred Language Proficiency

- Strong working proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, and English
- Tamil will be an added advantage

Location: Kochi - Hybrid (Remote & On-site)
