Role Description This is a full-time, in office Operations Intern role based in Mangaluru.

The Operations

Intern will support day-to-day operational activities, including coordination between production, inventory, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflows.

Responsibilities include assisting with tracking orders, updating operational records, preparing basic reports, and helping monitor stock levels and logistics schedules. The intern will support process improvement initiatives, document standard operating procedures, and assist in ensuring adherence to quality and safety guidelines.



The role also involves collaborating with sales and procurement teams on routine follow-ups, internal communication, and basic project coordination tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications
Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support operational decision-making.
Effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Interest or basic experience in Sales to support order processing, client coordination, and follow-ups.
Foundational knowledge of Operations Management to assist with workflow planning, inventory tracking, and process documentation.
Basic Project Management skills to help coordinate timelines, tasks, and reporting for small operational initiatives.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
Ability to work in office in Mangaluru, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a rapid-paced environment.
