Job Description – Technical Sales Engineer

Job Overview

Ambient HVAC Solution is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to support sales operations, prepare technical and commercial proposals, coordinate with clients and internal departments, and ensure smooth order processing. The ideal candidate should possess a technical background, excellent coordination skills, and experience in HVAC, MEP, or engineering-related industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, follow-ups, and customer support activities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, BOQs, and technical-commercial documents.
- Review customer requirements and assist in preparing suitable technical solutions.
- Handle client communication and resolve basic technical and commercial queries.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, reports, and CRM updates.
- Support tender documentation, bid preparation, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, project, and execution teams for smooth order execution.
- Track order status, delivery schedules, and project progress.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, approvals, and payments.




- Assist in preparing project cost estimates and technical documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and management of all sales-related documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Sales Coordination, Estimation, HVAC, MEP, or Engineering Support.
- Knowledge of HVAC/MEP systems, BOQs, quotations, and tender documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
