Job Title Business Development Executive - Inside Sales Upskilling Department Location Ajmer Hybrid Mode About Us Next Step Edu is an innovative education consultancy providing career guidance and offering online degree programs from top-notch universities We aim to bridge the gap between learning and professional growth for working professionals Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our Upskilling Department The role requires identifying and connecting with working professionals to generate and convert leads for our online degree programs The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills a passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Outreach Use various platforms calls emails LinkedIn etc to connect with working professionals interested in online degree programs Counseling Conversion Provide detailed information about our programs including benefits curriculum and career outcomes Understand prospects professional needs and recommend suitable programs to match their goals Sales Targets Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly lead conversion and revenue targets Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure Collaboration Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure a seamless enrollment experience Follow-ups Documentation Maintain accurate records of interactions follow-ups and conversions in CRM tools Qualifications Skills Required Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales cold calling or counseling preferably in education or upskilling Solid communication and interpersonal skills Ability to connect with working professionals and understand their career aspirations Self-motivated and target-oriented with a knack for closing sales Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management is a plus What We Offer Fixed salary with attractive performance-based incentives Opportunity to work in a hybrid model Ajmer Gain exposure to the growing EdTech and upskilling industry Career growth opportunities with ongoing training and development Job Types Full-time Internship Pay From 15 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Language English Preferred Work Location In person
