About the Role

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing various HR functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment across departments.
Drive manpower planning and hiring strategies aligned with business requirements.
Build solid sourcing pipelines through recruitment platforms, consultants, and networking channels.
Ensure quality hiring within defined timelines and budgets.
HR Business Partnering (HRBP)




Partner with business leaders and department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Act as a strategic advisor on people-related matters including team structure, performance, and employee development.
Support managers in handling team concerns, performance issues, and employee engagement.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Oversee onboarding, confirmations, appraisals, retention initiatives, and exit formalities.
Ensure smooth execution of HR operations and documentation processes.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and process improvement initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
Handle employee grievance management and maintain a positive workplace setting.
Promote organizational values, collaboration, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
