As an online tuition platform serving students across GCC, India, and Europe, we are searching for someone who can efficiently manage operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth communication between students, parents, and tutors.
This role is ideal for candidates who are active, adaptable, confident with technology, and capable of handling a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing student and tutor schedules
* Coordinating online class operations
* Handling day-to-day operational activities
* Communicating with students, parents, and tutors professionally
* Monitoring and supporting smooth platform operations
* Maintaining proper follow-ups and updates
Requirements:
* Positive computer knowledge and familiarity with online tools
* Strong English communication skills
* Own laptop is mandatory
* Must be located within 50 km of Kotappadi, Malappuram
* Flexible to work in rotational shifts
* Good organizational and coordination skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
