The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality, with the ability to engage prospective and existing clients over the phone and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Explain skincare, cosmetic, and aesthetic treatment services to prospective clients.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Follow up with inquiries generated through advertisements, social media, website, and referrals.
Maintain and update customer databases and appointment records.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front-office staff regarding appointments and patient requirements.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information about services, packages, and promotions.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment-booking targets.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and clinic records.
Eligibility Criteria Any Graduate or Plus Two qualification.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, healthcare, wellness, beauty, or skincare sectors will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Malayalam and English; knowledge of Hindi is desirable.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/software systems preferred.
