Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated DTP Intern to support our team in formatting and preparing documents in MS Word and other file formats. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in document publishing, formatting standards, and real-world client requirements. This is a full-time, 6-month internship based at our office in Kalyani Nagar, Pune.

Role & Key Responsibilities:

- 6 months internship
- Format Word documents as per internal or client guidelines




- Ensure uniformity in fonts, layout, margins, and structure
- Assist in converting and aligning multilingual content
- Proofread and correct layout issues or formatting errors
- Support the DTP and localization teams on active projects

Requirements:

- Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Keen attention to detail and formatting consistency
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions
- Valuable communication skills

Preferred Qualification:

- Any Graduate
- Graphic Design & Video Editing are ad on advantage
- Interest in localization, design, or publishing
