Job Title: HR Recruiter – Construction Industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support administrative responsibilities. Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

- Handle the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
- Post job openings on relevant portals and manage social media hiring.
- Maintain a candidate database and manage follow-ups.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
- Issue offer letters and track joining.

Administrative Support:

- Maintain employee records and documentation.




- Assist in attendance, leave tracking, and HRMIS updates.
- Coordinate induction for new joiners.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and office administration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment; experience in the construction/infrastructure sector is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
