Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operating Theatre (OT) Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of experience. You will work across a 3-shift rotational schedule to prepare operating rooms, assist surgeons, and ensure the highest standards of perioperative patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pre-Operative Care: Prepare patients emotionally and physically for surgery. Verify consent forms and medical history.
- OR Preparation: Sterilize surgical instruments, arrange equipment, and ensure the operating room meets strict hygiene standards.
- Scrub Nurse Duties: Hand instruments, sponges, and tools to surgeons during operations using sterile techniques.
- Circulating Nurse Duties: Monitor patient vital signs, manage the sterile field, and document all OR activities.
- Inventory Management: Track and count surgical instruments, sponges, and needles before, during, and after surgeries.
- Post-Operative Care:



Safely transfer patients to the recovery room and hand over detailed reports to the PACU team.
- Emergency Response: Act quickly and efficiently during critical clinical situations or sudden patient complications.
- Compliance: Follow hospital infection control protocols, bio-medical waste management, and NABH standards.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc. Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of continuous experience working inside a hospital Operating Theatre.
- Registration: Active registration with the Andhra Pradesh Nursing Council.
- Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work in all 3 rotational shifts (Morning, Evening, and Night).
- Skills: Deep knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and patient monitoring equipment.
