Role & Responsibilities

- Assist in managing the procurement and distribution of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, consumables, and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of critical healthcare products to ensure uninterrupted availability and prevent stock-outs.
- Support demand forecasting and replenishment planning based on patient volume, departmental requirements, and consumption trends.
- Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and internal hospital departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Help track purchase orders, invoices, delivery schedules, and vendor performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate inventory and procurement records in ERP or hospital management systems.
- Assist in conducting inventory audits, stock verification, and reconciliation activities.
- Monitor product expiry dates and support initiatives to minimize wastage of medicines and medical supplies.




- Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports on inventory turnover, procurement costs, stock availability, and supplier performance.
- Support compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and storage requirements for medical products.
- Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities to optimize inventory management and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with clinical, pharmacy, laboratory, and administrative teams to understand supply requirements and address shortages.
- Support logistics coordination for the movement of medical equipment and supplies across departments or healthcare facilities.
- Participate in projects related to supply chain digitization, inventory optimization, and operational excellence.
