Job Summary

NEXAFOBA is seeking passionate and skilled Technical Trainers to deliver high-quality training programs, workshops, internships, and skill development sessions for students and professionals. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online and offline training sessions for students and professionals.
- Deliver practical, hands-on learning experiences through real-world projects.
- Mentor students during internships and academic projects.
- Develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support workshops, bootcamps, seminars, and college training programs.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills Candidates should have expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Python Programming
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Machine Learning (ML)
- Data Science
- Full Stack Development
- Web Development
- Java Programming
- Cybersecurity
- Cloud Computing
- Aptitude & Placement Training

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior teaching, training,



mentoring, or industry experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent presentation skills are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience conducting workshops, seminars, or corporate training.
- Relevant industry certifications.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills.
