Role Overview: As an Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for managing influencers in your area. This includes driving new influencer onboarding and engagement, achieving influencer level billing targets, promoting premium/new products, and increasing tertiary sales. Additionally, you will be required to conduct market activities as per the plan, maintain regular touchpoints with tagged influencers and retailers, and provide timely market feedback to the Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, convert, and engage current influencers according to set targets.
- Provide timely feedback to the Business Development Manager regarding market insights related to loyalty programs, products, etc.
- Utilize marketing collaterals to showcase current and new product attributes to influencers and key retailers.
- Own influencer engagement and targets for the area, ensuring 100% adherence to the plan.
- Conduct market activities such as influencer identification, verification, segmentation, and enrollment as per the plan.
- Engage with influencers regularly to drive tertiary revenue, understand market needs, and share best practices.
- Lead site visits for contractors in the area, drive conversions and engagement.
- Organize regular electrician and contractor meets to discuss product portfolio, gather feedback/complaints, demonstrate product attributes, and distribute gifts/product samples/brochures.
- Cultivate strong professional relationships with tagged influencers and key retailers to ensure consistent billings on the app.
- Collaborate with key retailers to discover new influencers,



promote premium/new products, enhance product demonstrability, and increase tertiary billings on retailer loyalty programs. Also, ensure proper display of POSM materials and sharing of marketing collaterals/brochures.
- Participate in and complete trainings as per the defined calendar.
- Adhere to the KPI monitoring process effectively.

Qualifications Required

- Graduation is a must (Engineering background preferred).
- Prior experience as a LAS/Promoter/Distributor salesman, etc.
