Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator (Service & Client Management)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, customer-focused Maintenance Coordinator with a BPO / service coordination mindset. This role combines service scheduling, client handling, and sales conversion, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy coordination, communication, and performance-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

Service Coordination & Operations

- Handle inbound service calls, breakdown requests, and maintenance scheduling.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Track daily jobs, follow up on pending calls, and close service tickets.
- Manage emergency breakdown coordination and escalations.

Client Management & Customer Experience
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and building management.
- Handle complaints,



follow-ups, and service status updates professionally.

Sales Conversion & Revenue Support
- Coordinate technicians and track daily service activities.

Reporting & Performance
- Maintain service records, call logs, and reports.

Qualifications & Experience Any graduation/Diploma with good communication skills.

Candidates from BPO industry preferred.

Skills & Competencies

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with service ethics.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Valuable computer skills (MS Office).
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

Location: Ponnurunni, Vytilla, Ernakulam. Time: 9.30 am to 06.30 pm.

Gender: Female candidates settled or planning to settle in Ernakulam (preferred)

Known Languages: English, Hindi.
