We're not looking for just anyone. We want a seasoned BDM who knows the VA and outsourcing space, comes with an existing network, and is ready to hit the ground running from our Noida base.

? What You'll Be Doing
→ Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the VA and outsourcing space
→ Building and managing a strong client pipeline from scratch and through referrals
→ Leveraging your existing Noida/NCR network to generate leads locally and internationally
→ Pitching AssistHubPro's services to businesses across Canada, USA, UK, and Australia
→ Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
→ Collaborating with our Noida-based team for smooth client onboarding
→ Representing AssistHubPro at a senior level — professionally, confidently, and with results
✅ Who We're Looking For
→ Based in Noida or immediate surrounding areas — this is an on-site/hybrid role at our Noida HQ
→ Proven experience in staffing, outsourcing, or the VA industry — non-negotiable
→ Strong track record in business development and client acquisition
→ An existing referral network in the VA or outsourcing space — candidates with their own client book receive higher compensation and robust preference
→ Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken
→ Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable owning your pipeline independently
→ Experience working with international clients (Canada, USA, UK, Australia preferred)
