About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to drive sales growth and strengthen our market presence in Raipur and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in the pharmaceutical, surgical implant, medical device, or healthcare industry and possess excellent relationship-building and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
- Identify and appoint new distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
- Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry events as required.

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science, Pharmacy, Business,



or related field preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in:
- Surgical Implants
- Medical Devices
- Orthopedic Products
- Pharmaceutical Industry
- Strong network within hospitals, surgeons, distributors, and healthcare institutions in the Raipur region.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving license preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Local resident of Raipur or nearby areas.
- Experience handling orthopedic implants, trauma products, surgical instruments, or pharmaceutical products.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare and medical distribution market.
