- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Ensure statutory compliance and implementation of HR policies.
- Manage employee relations and performance management.
- Oversee office administration, facilities, and vendor coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of HR & Administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in the Architecture, Construction, or Interior industry is preferred.
