Position Overview:





Shapiro & Associates Attorneys At Law, PLLC is seeking an experienced, highly autonomous Associate Attorney to join our practice. This role focuses almost exclusively on business and commercial litigation.
Please note: This practice is not a general practice and does not handle personal injury, insurance defense, family law, or general torts.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in an independent, remote work environment. You will be responsible for spearheading legal research, drafting pleadings, managing electronic filings, and occasionally representing clients in remote judicial hearings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Research & Strategy: Conduct deep-dive legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis to build robust strategies for complex commercial disputes.
- Drafting & Pleadings: Draft, review, and refine pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests/responses, and commercial agreements with me
