About the Role:



We’re looking for a seasoned frontend leader who goes beyond coding—someone who can architect, scale, and optimize complex web applications, while mentoring teams and driving engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect scalable, maintainable frontend systems for complex web applications
• Define application structure, module boundaries, and reusable component strategies
• Drive decisions on rendering models (SSR, SSG, ISR, CSR), styling architecture, and state management
• Build and maintain production-grade applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Design and evolve component libraries and enterprise-grade design systems
• Lead code reviews with focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Implement real-time capabilities using WebSockets, SSE, or similar technologies
• Own frontend performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, bundle size, rendering efficiency)
• Ensure secure frontend practices (XSS, CSRF, authentication flows, CS
