Job Description
- Oversee operations and maintenance activities for gas industry assets, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Lead and manage engineering and manufacturing teams to achieve project goals.
- Monitor compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and propose enhancements for operational processes.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure cost-efficient operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance and progress to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head O&M; (Oil & Gas) should have:
