Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or CS is a plus (not mandatory)
- Proven night / US shift experience is preferred
- 1+ years of experience in edtech sales, preferably in the education or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
