Pune

· Assist in HRMS implementation, data migration, system updates, and daily usage.



· Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout.



· Verify employee attendance, leave, and shift records through HRMS/attendance systems.



· Ensure proper implementation and adherence to HR policies and attendance guidelines.



· Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing by validating inputs such as attendance, leave, and deductions.



· Coordinate payroll disbursement and resolve employee payroll-related queries.



· Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication.



· Coordinate training programs including scheduling, logistics, and attendance tracking.



· Maintain employee records and HR documentation.



· Support HR reports, audits, and MIS as required.





Requirements

· Good communication and interpersonal skills







· Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws



· Hands-on experience with HRMS tools



· Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation



· Robust coordination and organizational skills
