About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Operation Lead to manage project coordination, hiring and staffing activities, client communication, and daily project execution. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between clients, WONK Tutors and internal stakeholders while driving successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the assigned WONK Tutors;
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution;




- Manage hiring and staffing requirements based on project needs;
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables;
- Track project milestones, timelines, and operational activities;
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and updates;
- Identify operational challenges and ensure timely resolution;
- Drive accountability and performance across assigned project;.

Qualifications

- Graduation / PG in Technology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, PMO, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in working with internal systems and operational tools.

Compensation

Salary Starting From ₹30,000 + Incentives (based on experience and skills).
