Roles & Responsibilities:
- Machine Scheduling
- Prepare and monitor machine schedules to meet production targets and delivery commitments.
- Capacity Planning
- Perform capacity analysis and ensure optimal utilization of machines and manpower.
- Process Knowledge
- Understand manufacturing processes and coordinate effectively with production teams to resolve bottlenecks.
- Materials Planning
- Plan and control raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production and minimal inventory variance.
- Follow-Up & Coordination
- Regular follow-up with:
- Skill-based internal teams
- External vendors and subcontractors
- Ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Communication Skills
- Maintain effective communication with production, stores, quality, and subcontracting teams.
- Internal & External Coordination
- Coordinate smoothly with internal departments and subcontractors to meet production schedules.
