Job Summary:

The Plant Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment and machinery to ensure smooth and effective plant operations. The role involves handling production activities, maintaining quality standards, following safety procedures, and ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate production machines and equipment as per SOP and production requirements.
- Monitor plant operations and ensure smooth functioning of machinery.
- Perform routine checks and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.
- Maintain production records, logbooks, and batch documentation.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished goods.
- Follow GMP, safety, and hygiene standards during operations.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for machine servicing and repairs.
- Clean and maintain machines, equipment, and production areas.




- Monitor process parameters and ensure product quality standards are maintained.
- Minimize machine downtime and material wastage.
- Assist in changeover and setup activities of production machines.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and comply with company policies.

Educational Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma / HSC in Mechanical, Production, or related field.

Experience:

- 4 to 8 years of experience in Pharma, Cosmetic, Chemical, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of machine operations and production processes
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of GMP and safety practices
- Good communication and teamwork
- Ability to maintain documentation and records

Working Conditions:

- Production efficiency
- Machine uptime
- Quality compliance
- Minimum material wastage
- Safety compliance
- Timely completion of production targets

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
