Hiring: Senior Sales Leader | AI & Enterprise SaaS
A quick-growing AI-powered enterprise technology company is looking for an exceptional Sales Leader to spearhead revenue growth across India and international markets. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the founders, with complete ownership of the sales function, including strategy, pipeline development, partnerships, team building, and enterprise deal closures.

The organization is transforming how enterprises approach recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce automation through cutting-edge AI solutions. The focus is on helping large enterprises, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), IT services firms, and HR technology buyers modernize hiring through intelligent automation and AI-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Strategy
• Own and deliver annual sales targets with strong pipeline discipline and quarterly milestones.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across enterprise sales, channel partnerships, and alliances.
• Identify, pursue,



and close high-value opportunities with large enterprises, India GCCs, and HR tech platforms.
• Build and maintain a predictable sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Drive account growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling.

Market & Sector Penetration
• Lead sales initiatives across BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, and Manufacturing sectors.
• Build strong relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and CIOs.
• Develop and execute a dedicated India GCC growth strategy.
• Monitor HR tech, recruitment automation, and AI interview market trends to strengthen positioning and competitiveness.

Partnerships & Alliances
• Identify and onboard strategic channel partners, resellers, and system integrators.
• Build alliances with ATS providers, HR technology platforms, and complementary SaaS partners.
• Develop co-sell and co-marketing programs within the recruitment and workforce management ecosystem
