Role Overview

We are looking for a highly dependable, AI-savvy, full-time Virtual Assistant who can act as a right hand to the founder, manage end-to-end operations, and ensure a seamless experience for our global community.




This is NOT a basic VA role.

This role requires customer handling ability , being tech savvy , Ai enabled , ownership, maturity, discretion, and execution excellence.

As a full time resource you are expected to contribute to all initiatives new and existing within the working hours.

Ability and Open ness to learn quickly is important as AI has opened up a whole current world of opportunities

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM (45-minute lunch break) approx 9 hrs ( flexible )
- Saturday: 825 am to 525 pm ( I have a session starting at 830 am every morning )
- 6 days/week commitment

Salary is negotiable and based on experience and ability to handle these tasks

Broad Key Responsibilities1. Customer Experience & Support
- Onboard new customers into programs and communities
- Provide access to Learning Management Systems (Tagmango LMS currently but could change in future)
