Job Title: International Recruiter - MBA Fresher|| Bangalore

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

IndieTalent, an initiative of 2COMS Group, is hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented International Recruiters for our Bangalore office. We welcome MBA Freshers who are passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition. The role involves handling international hiring requirements, candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for international hiring requirements.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.

- Screen and assess candidate profiles as per client requirements.

- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data using CRM/ATS tools.

- Stay updated on global labor markets, visa processes, and migration trends.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely closures of positions.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.

Salary: 20000 INR Per Month
