Role Overview We are looking for a Kidswear Designer to create trend-driven collections across baby, toddler, and teen categories for both boys and girls. The role involves translating trends into commercially viable designs, developing complete ranges, and ensuring accurate execution from concept to final production within fast-paced timelines. Key responsibilities Design and develop kidswear collections across age group and categories for both boys and girls, ensuring designs are age-appropriate, trend-driven, and commercially viable. Create seasonal trend decks based on global trends and competitor analysis to identify emerging directions and translate them into product concepts.



Conduct regular market and store visits to analyze competitor offerings, pricing, and customer preferences. Develop detailed range plans and presentation decks showcasing complete collections, including product mix, styling, and color direction with appropriate fabrics, trims, and materials in line with design, and cost. Work closely with graphic designers to develop prints, placements, and embellishments aligned with the overall collection. Prepare accurate and error-free tech packs with complete specifications for handover to sourcing teams. Ensure all deliverables are completed in line with critical path timelines and seasonal deadlines. Collaborate with buying, sourcing and production teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth execution Provide timely fit approvals, print approvals, and feedback during sampling and production stages. Track product development through to final sample to ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards. Maintain strong attention to detail across all stages to ensure accuracy and minimize errors Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field. Strong portfolio showcasing Kidswear collection (baby, Toddler and Teen) Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (essential) Experience : 4–6 years of experience in apparel design (preferably in online fashion – kidswear specific) Hands-on experience with developing collections and making detailed tech packs. Ability to work in fast paced workplace and meet critical deadlines consistently.
