Job title
Executive/ Sr Executive- Operations / Logistics
Department -Supply Chain / Logistics
Reports to - Head -Operation
Location- Noida

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics & Operations Executive with experience in handling large-volume, high-service distribution operations. The candidate should possess strong
expertise in courier, logistics, and transporter management, along with excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills. The role requires a proactive individual capable of independently managing time-bound deliveries, operational reporting, and customer experience
improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Logistics & Distribution Management
• Manage end-to-end logistics operations for high-volume distribution business.
•Coordinate with courier partners, transporters, and logistics vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
•Monitor shipment movement, delivery timelines, and escalation handling.
• Ensure adherence to delivery SLAs and operational KPIs.
Optimize transportation and dispatch processes for improved efficiency and reduced costs.

Operations Coordination
• Plan and execute daily dispatch and distribution activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams including sales, warehouse, customer support, and finance for seamless operations.
• Handle exceptions, delays, returns, and customer escalations efficiently.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance in logistics processes.

MIS, Data & Reporting
•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to dispatch,



delivery performance, cost analysis, and customer service metrics.
•Analyze operational data to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and dashboards using Excel and reporting tools.
• Track transporter and courier performance through data-driven reviews.

Customer Experience & Process Improvement
•Drive initiatives to improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure quick resolution of delivery-related issues and complaints. Recommend and implement operational improvements for better service quality and process efficiency.
• Maintain solid follow-up and communication with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree with any certification in Logistics, Supply Chain will be an added advantage.
•5-7 years of experience in logistics & supply chain operations or distribution management.
•Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, retail distribution, or high-volume service operations will be preferred

Required Skills & Competencies
•Strong experience in managing courier, logistics, and transporter operations.
•Proficiency in MS Excel including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting.
•Good understanding of MIS preparation, operational reporting, and data analysis.
•Excellent communication and coordination skills.
•Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
•Ability to work independently and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on timelines, accuracy, and customer service excellence.
