Roles and ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership
Provide solid academic and administrative leadership to the school
Ensure curriculum planning, implementation, and monitoring
Maintain high standards in teaching–learning processes
Supervise and mentor PGT, TGT, and PRT faculty
Administration & Compliance
Ensure compliance with CBSE
Oversee school operations, discipline, and safety
Manage academic calendars, timetables, and assessments
Coordinate inspections, audits, and official documentation
Faculty & Staff Management
Lead recruitment, training, appraisal, and retention of staff
Conduct regular faculty reviews and professional development
Foster a positive and team-oriented work culture
Student & Parent Engagement
Monitor student progress, discipline, and wellbeing
Address parent concerns effectively
Promote holistic development of students
Institutional Development
Implement quality improvement initiatives
Support admissions, branding, and institutional growth
Align school vision with Velammal Group educational standards
Key Skills & Competencies
Robust leadership and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in handling senior secondary (PGT) for min 5 years
