Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Recruitment Manager at Lotus Suites USA. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the end-to-end hiring process for a variety of roles, including service staff, operations, and support positions. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing offers and onboarding. The role will also involve developing and maintaining a talent pipeline, updating job descriptions, posting roles on relevant platforms, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The Recruitment Manager will track hiring metrics, refine recruitment strategies, and collaborate with leadership to align staffing plans with business needs.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Strong skills in stakeholder management, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.




Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, skilled networking platforms, and basic HR tools or spreadsheets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to conduct structured interviews and provide clear feedback to candidates and internal teams.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles and meet deadlines in a remote, part time environment.
Understanding of fair hiring practices, equal opportunity principles, and commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and non-discriminatory recruitment process.
Prior experience recruiting in hospitality, corporate housing, or related service industries is preferred; experience working with international or India-based candidates is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruitment or HR.
