Key roles & responsibilities:
? Reviewing all loan types including FHA, VA, USDA, Link and NHF loans.
? Reviewing and validating the details of loan applications and closing documents.
? Calculating, reviewing, and correcting errors on Interest rate, Principal amount, and loan term.
? Analysing credit reports to assess risk and determine applicants' ability to repay the loans.
? Verifying the credit histories, Personal reference, and Employment Background verification for each applicant.
? Reviewing the documents using the loan review checklist for completeness and accuracy.
? General knowledge on Hazard Insurance, DU, Note, DOT, Property Appraisal, Property Tax, Title, Loan Transmittal Summary, Closing disclosure, HUD and loan application.
? Verifying about the property appraisal reports to check the Borrower's name, property address, sales prices, no. of units etc.
? Should have sound comprehending skills, valuable written and verbal communication skills.
