Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position Site Supervisor of for a reputed company in Real Estate Industry at Mulund and Thane(Wagle Estate) Location.

Site Supervisors with 3-5 years of expertise in the real estate industry. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of civil and finishing work, excellent documentation skills, and a keen eye for material inspection. These roles will involve managing site operations, tracking materials, ensuring proper documentation, and resolving issues on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Civil & Finishing Work Knowledge: Supervise and manage both civil and finishing work on the construction site, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all site-related documentation, including daily reports, work progress, and contractor agreements.
- Material Inspection: Oversee the inspection of materials used on-site, ensuring that all materials meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Keep proper records of materials stored on-site and ensure proper stock management.
- Wastage Control: Monitor and manage client wastage materials to ensure minimal loss and ensure that surplus material is managed effectively.
- Material Tracking:



Keep a proper track of material usage and movement to ensure that resources are used efficiently and on time.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any site-related issues with contractors, vendors, and team members in a timely manner.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with local vendors to manage urgent material requirements on-site.
- Site Management: Handle all local site-related issues, including liaising with local authorities, BMC, and traffic management, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulations.

Location: Thane & Mulund (Candidates must be able to travel to these sites)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the real estate/construction industry.
- Solid knowledge of civil construction, finishing work, and material inspection.
- Proven experience in managing site documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage urgent tasks on a tight schedule.
- Ability to handle local site issues, including managing relationships with local authorities and vendors.
- Must be able to travel between Thane and Mulund sites as required.
