Job Title: Production Planning Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Production Planning Executive to manage and optimize production planning for our domestic market operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate across departments, ensure production targets are achieved, and support smooth manufacturing workflows. Prior experience in gold and platinum jewelry production is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning

- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on domestic market demand, customer orders, and production capacity.

- Ensure production schedules align with overall business and manufacturing strategies.

- Update timelines and ensure timely execution of all production activities.

2. Coordination with Internal Teams

- Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to gather order requirements and delivery timelines for the domestic market.

- Communicate production schedules, priorities, and changes to the Production Unit.

- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.

3. Production Monitoring & Control

- Track daily production progress and compare it with planned targets.

- Identify delays,



bottlenecks, or deviations and implement corrective actions.

- Escalate major issues to the Production Manager as required.

4. Inventory & Material Management

- Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely availability of gold, platinum (PT), diamonds, findings, and other raw materials.

- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.

- Ensure accurate material tracking and consumption records.

5. Communication & Reporting

- Provide regular updates to Sales, Customer Service, and the Production Manager on production status and order progress.

- Generate production reports highlighting key metrics, achievements, and challenges.

- Recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

6. Quality & Compliance

- Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure adherence to quality standards across gold and PT jewelry production.

- Address quality concerns promptly and coordinate necessary corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
