1. Operating and selecting a variety of extracorporeal circulation equipment, such as the heart-lung machine, the artificial heart, blood transfusion devices, the intra-aortic balloon pump, and various ventricular-assist devices

2. Monitoring and care management of the patient during surgery to ensure protected physiologic functions

3. Perfusionists manage Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) systems.

4. Cannulation support, Continuous monitoring, troubleshooting ECMO circuit managing oxygenation and hemodynamics, Emergency intervention during complications, Temperature management, therapeutic hypothermia post-resuscitation.

5. Pediatric and Neonatal Perfusion.

Educational Requirements Qualification

1.



A bachelors degree in a science-related field/ perfusion technology/ B.S cardiopulmonary perfusion technology. / B.Sc./ Diploma course.

2. Clinical internship or hospital training.

3. Professional certification/licensure.

Experience :

1. Minimum 2 years of specialized training and experience in cardiovascular perfusion.
