Role & responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise GenAI, Data, and Agentic AI architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Design and implement enterprise-scale GenAI solutions including RAG pipelines, AI copilots, conversational AI, and multi-agent systems
• Architect modular and scalable AI/data platforms covering ingestion, semantic modeling, embeddings, vector search, inference, orchestration, and monitoring
• Build and govern AI platforms using Databricks, Lakehouse architectures, vector databases, streaming, and modern cloud-native technologies
• Design Agentic AI workflows involving planning, tool calling, orchestration, memory, and autonomous decision-making systems
• Evaluate and integrate LLMs, foundation models, multimodal AI models, embeddings, and fine-tuning strategies
• Drive best practices around prompt engineering, context engineering, hallucination mitigation, AI safety, Responsible AI, and governance
• Guide engineering teams on LLMOps, MLOps, CI/CD for AI, model monitoring, evaluation frameworks, observability, and drift detection




• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate business problems into scalable AI-first solutions
• Establish enterprise architectural standards, reusable accelerators, semantic layers, and governance frameworks
• Lead architecture reviews, technical deep dives, executive presentations, and client engagements
• Mentor AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, and cross-functional delivery teams

Preferred candidate profile

• 14 - 22 years of experience in Data Engineering, AI/ML, Enterprise Architecture, or AI Platform Engineering
• Strong experience designing and delivering production-grade GenAI platforms and enterprise AI systems
• Excellent understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and scalable AI platforms
• Robust stakeholder management and solutioning experience
• Ability to lead architecture strategy and mentor technical teams in fast-evolving AI ecosystems
