We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to manage pre-contract and post-contract activities for a prestigious institutional construction project.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10 - 20 years of Experience in Construction industry of which at least 3 years in execution and 8-10 & above years in procurement and contracts & shall have handled multiple projects.
- Knowledge of complete tendering process and shall be familiar with Contract Manager Procedures, and Knowledge on different firm of Contracts including FIDIC etc. Awareness on Local bidding and international bidding process.
- Exposure to turnkey contracts and projects like commercial buildings, IT Parks, Hotels, Residential, Hospital etc is essential Rate Analysis for major work modules.
- Preparation and review of tender and contract documents.
- Contract administration and vendor management.
- Evaluation of bids and commercial negotiations.
- Preparation and verification of BOQ.
- Management of variation orders, claims and extensions of time.
- Drafting contractual correspondence and notices.
- Coordination with Project, Planning,
Procurement and Legal teams.
- Monitoring contractual compliance and project risks.
- Support dispute resolution and contract close-out activities.
- Maintain complete contract documentation and records.
QUALIFICATIONS
- UG: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- PG: M.Tech / MBA (Construction Management) / NICMAR (Preferred)
