Growth & Product Associate

We’re building a consumer social product and looking for a Growth & Product Associate.

You should have a robust understanding of:

• Consumer behavior

• Social and community-driven products

• Network effects

• Virality and engagement loops

• User retention and habit formation

• Product-led growth

What you’ll own:

• Growth strategy and execution





• User acquisition, activation, and retention

• Engagement and growth experiments

• Product insights and recommendations

• Identifying and scaling growth opportunities

You should be highly execution-oriented and comfortable turning ideas into experiments quickly.

This is not a traditional marketing, SEO, or paid acquisition role. We’re looking for someone who can help build growth systems directly into the product experience.

Early-stage startup experience and strong consumer product intuition are a plus.

Salary: ₹40,000–₹60,000/month

Location: Delhi NCR preferred
