- Drive end-to-end blue-collar recruitment activities
- Source, screen, and onboard candidates as per hiring requirements
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and hiring regulations
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and reports
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate data in SAP HCM and recruitment systems
- Identify recruitment gaps and support continuous improvement initiativesDomain Skills: Talent Acquisition / Blue Collar HiringSoft Skills: Stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, multitasking, performance management, conflict management, strong team-managerial competencies.Certifications : Labour Law / HR Certifications – is Preferred.
