General Manager (GM) Project We are looking for an experienced General Manager (GM) Project to oversee and manage all projects across India. The GM will lead a team of Project Managers and ensure the successful execution of projects, including resource management, manpower planning, and coordination across various domains like construction, manufacturing, and fire protection systems. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the execution and management of all projects across India, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers, ensuring efficient project delivery and quality standards.
- Develop and implement manpower planning strategies to optimize resource allocation across multiple projects.




- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and senior leadership to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular project reviews, provide strategic guidance, and resolve issues to mitigate risks and delays.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, standards, and best practices across all projects.

Required Qualifications:
- Education: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in handling large-scale projects, manpower planning, and managing project managers across multiple locations.
- In-depth knowledge of construction, manufacturing, knowledge of Fire protection is added Advantage building management systems.

Skills Competencies:
- Robust leadership and team management abilities.
- Expertise in manpower planning and resource optimization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management software, MS Office, and budgeting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and make strategic decisions under pressure.
