Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive with hands-on experience in BUSY Accounting & Inventory Software. The candidate will be responsible for generating invoices, maintaining billing records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring accurate and timely billing operations during night shift activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate sales invoices and bills in the BUSY ERP system during night shift operations
- Verify billing data, quantities, rates, GST details, and customer information before invoice generation
- Maintain accurate billing records and proper documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth billing processes
- Ensure timely and error-free invoice processing
- Resolve billing discrepancies and system-related issues
- Prepare daily billing reports and share updates with management
- Maintain accuracy in data entry and ERP/accounting software operations
- Follow company billing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

- Expertise in BUSY Accounting & Inventory Software
- Strong knowledge of BUSY ERP Software
- Good understanding of billing processes, GST, and invoice verification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
