Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Field Lead Generation Sales Executive who has a strong background in on-ground field sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, meeting potential customers in the field, and building a strong pipeline for interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively generate leads through field visits, site visits, and market outreach.
- Meet potential customers in residential and commercial areas.
- Identify and approach prospective clients interested in interior solutions.
- Collect client requirements and share them with the sales team.
- Maintain daily field visit reports and lead tracking records.
- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, builders, and agents.
- Promote company services through direct interaction with prospects.





Required Skills

- Strong field sales experience (mandatory).
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Basic understanding of sales processes.

Qualification

- Any Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory).

Experience

- Minimum: 2 years
- Maximum: 10+ years

(Experience must be strictly in field sales — insurance, real estate, marketing, or any product field sales is acceptable.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
