Key Responsibilities:

Client Planning & Strategy

· Co-own account planning with the Strategic Lead or Sr. Consulting Associate

· Deliver creative, innovative ideas month-on-month (campaigns, new media formats, content angles)

· Plan and execute a 30-day strategy in alignment with client goals

· Regularly update clients on sector developments, media movements, and brand opportunities

· Lead discussions with clients to uncover storytelling opportunities and develop media mix strategies

Team Leadership & Growth

· Ensure optimum utilization of team members’ time and guide their professional growth

· Provide strategic direction on story planning and media targeting

· Coach the team to improve presentation and client communication skills

· Assist team members in crafting impactful activity reports and dossiers





· Conduct weekly and monthly check-ins to map progress against plans

Content & Documentation

· Ensure timely delivery of strategic documents: press notes, releases, action plans

· Collaborate on creating chapter-wise layouts for activity reports to enhance client presentations

· Review and provide inputs on media stories, ensuring relevance and impact

Requirements:

- Graduate Or Post graduate in mass media field

- Need 4 to 6 years of experience in PR Agency (BFSI verticle only)

- Have valuable media relations & Knowledge to service the clients

- Communication & Creative thinking
