Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Medical Scribe with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Live Scribing. The candidate must have mandatory working experience in MODMED (Modernizing Medicine – EMA).

The role involves real-time documentation of patient encounters while assisting physicians in maintaining accurate and complete electronic medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform real-time/live scribing during patient consultations.

Accurately document patient history, examination findings, assessments, and treatment plans in MODMED (EMA).

Ensure timely completion of medical records.

Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance with HIPAA standards.

Review and update charts as required.

Coordinate with physicians for clarification when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





Minimum 2 years of Medical Scribing experience.

Mandatory experience with MODMED (Modernizing Medicine – EMA).

Experience in Live/Real-time Scribing.

Solid knowledge of medical terminology.

Good typing speed and listening skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience with US healthcare documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,019.06 - ₹40,000.00 per month
