Key Responsibilities
- Collect blood, urine, and other patient samples
- Perform routine laboratory tests and investigations
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Prepare samples for testing and analysis
- Maintain accurate patient records and test reports
- Follow infection control and laboratory safety protocols
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of laboratory materials
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding reports
- Maintain laboratory inventory and reagents
Requirements
- Diploma/BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT/DMLT/BMLT)
- Minimum 1–3 years of laboratory experience preferred
- Knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and pathology procedures
- Valuable communication and patient handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge for lab reporting systems
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
