Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Employee role based at WhimsiLand in Dehradun.

The Sales

Employee will welcome guests, explain party and play packages, and guide families in choosing options that best fit their needs and budget. Daily tasks include handling walk-in and phone inquiries, providing price and product information, and following up with leads and bookings. The role involves preparing and updating booking schedules, coordinating with operations and party planning staff, and ensuring accurate documentation of reservations and payments.

Employee will also support in-store promotions, collect customer feedback, and help maintain a friendly, organized, and child-focused environment.

Qualifications Customer service and sales abilities, including listening to guest needs, explaining packages clearly, and supporting families in decision-making.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with children, parents, and team members in a busy, family-oriented setting.

Basic computer literacy for handling bookings, maintaining records, and using common office or point-of-sale software.

Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple inquiries, bookings, and event timelines accurately.

Positive, energetic attitude with a customer-first mindset and comfort working in a playful, child-centered environment.

Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and peak hours as required by the event and entertainment business.

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, events, or front-office roles is an advantage but not mandatory.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
