We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Site Manager to oversee both recruitment activities and day-to-day operational management at one of our Client’s site at Narsapura Industrial Road Area, Kolar, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in workforce management, NAPS/NATS related activities and the ability to ensure smooth operational performance, while meeting staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
· Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
· Coordinate workforce planning and staffing requirements.
· Supervise daily site operations and ensure service quality.
· Lead, motivate, and monitor site teams.
· Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
· Prepare operational and recruitment reports.
· Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
· Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
Requirements :
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Human Resources, Operations Management, or related field.
· On ground experience in recruitment, staffing, or site operations management.
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
· Must be ready to travel in the regions as & when require. (Having own 4-Wheeler will get preference).
· Languages known : English, Hindi & Kannada
· Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
