Role Description
Shree Hari Infra Projects Pvt Ltd is seeking a full-time Site Engineer for an in office position located in Hamirpur.
The Site
Engineer will oversee construction activities, ensure quality control, and manage structural engineering processes on site.
Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, collaborating with engineers and labor teams, maintaining clear communication,
and ensuring that work aligns with project specifications and safety standards. The role demands hands-on involvement in all aspects of civil engineering, encompassing timely delivery of project milestones.
Qualifications
- Experience in on-site project supervision, including managing labor and ensuring smooth workflow
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, contractors, and stakeholders effectively
- Proficiency in quality control processes to uphold project standards and compliance
- In-depth understanding of structural engineering and civil engineering techniques
- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to on-site challenges
- Relevant educational background in Civil Engineering
- Prior experience in water infrastructure projects is a plus
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in construction
