Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Salem, with opportunities for remote work. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions. The salesperson will build and maintain customer relationships, deliver product presentations, negotiate terms, and contribute to meeting sales goals.
This role also requires maintaining accurate records in a CRM system and staying informed about industry trends to enhance the sales strategy.
Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills, with a passion for building strong client relationships
Customer service skills, including active listening and effective communication
Ability to maintain and manage CRM systems
Understanding of market trends and sales strategies
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Proficiency with basic office tools, including Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration platforms
Flexibility to collaborate in-person in Salem and work remotely as needed
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a bonus
